Upgrading to Vista - Easier Than What I Expected

After all the FUD I'd read about upgrading to Vista, I was at fist hesitant. But since I provide tech support to many seniors in my area, I knew I had to upgrade so that I'd be ahead of the learning curve. Turns out, the upgrade was straight-forward and painless.
