Appeal Denied! Deep Linking Still Illegal - Copyright law gone crazy!

A Texas court ruled in December that SuperCrossLive directly linking to audiocasts was illegal and has now denied the right of appeal. So Supercrosslive is now appealing to the 5th circuit court to reverse the verdict. Let's hope it is reversed or it means webmasters have to get permission from website owners to link to anything but the home page!
