HOLA A TODOS SOLO PARA RECORDARLES, QUE A PARTIR DE ENERO 2007, Y QUE COMO DICEN POR AHI, YA ESTA A LA VUELTA DE LA ESQUINA SE NECESITARA PASAPORTE PARA VIAJAR A LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS, ASI QUE HAGAN SUS GESTIONES A TIEMPO, AUNQUE CREAN QUE NUNCA VAN A VIAJAR ES MEJOR ESTAR PREPARADO.

Ese requerimiento no aplica a Puerto Rico, ni otros territorios.

si vas de PR a EU.... no aplica
pero en caso de cruceros u otro territorio fuera de los EU si debes tener pasaporte....

guaraguao, ya lo indicastes tu en el link que dejastes, es requsito y si acaso te lo piden pues, ya lo tienes, solo indique que es un requisito, asi que el que piense viajar o no, solo para que esten preparado.

The passport requirement does NOT apply to U.S. citizens traveling to or returning directly from a U.S. territory. U.S. citizens returning directly from a U.S. territory are not considered to have left the United States and do not need to present a passport. U.S. territories include the following: Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Swains Island, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Yo tengo la mia por que tengo que tenerla por razones obias :-)
me a pasado que enseño la licencia de conducir aqui en Mexico me dicen en muchos casos que no la aceptan y cuando enseño el pasaporte se tragan la saliva.
