Companeros;
Y dice asi:
"When you are racing, a good pit man is as important as a well as a tuned boat. It would be ideal to find a great pit man on all heats but it is tough."
My ideal pit man with my current eye site and driving skills is one who:
1. Does not scream in my ear.
2. Lets me drive at my style and not his, some of these guys think they are the ones driving.
3. Keeps track of the clock by advising me every 15 seconds (approx) and if the clock does not have audio he or she will count down the last 10 seconds.
4. Will tell me when a boat is down at what buoy # and to go in or out to avoid collision.
5. Keep track of my laps and lets me know the number of laps every time I pass the finish line.
6. If I am running behind and the boat/s that I am chasing cuts a buoy he will let me know so I know that I have moved to a better position and I can slow down a little and make less mistakes that a full speed.
7. For offshore, a person with 20/20 eye site is a plus so I can turn closer to the boys and gain seconds on some of the deeper tracks.
8. A pitman that will tell me to slow down if I am ahead of the other boats to avoid mistakes and if the water is rough in a particular area of the lake/pond. I do not listen at times and it cost me when I go down.
These are some of the things that are important to me when I am racing.

Buenas tardes a todos.
