eBay opens up new APIs, demos rich client bidding app

The Internet auction giant eBay has announced that it is opening up the programming interfaces for eBay, PayPal, and Skype to third-party developers. The company also demonstrated a rich client bidding application. No word yet on whether or not it will make bid sniping easier.
