Vonage cites SCOTUS obviousness ruling in Verizon patent fight

Vonage takes advantage of the KSR v. Teleflex ruling, asking the US Court of Appeals to reexamine Verizon's patents. Vonage believes that they fall short of the standard newly outlined by the Supreme Court.
