James Phelps Owns Your RSS Icon.

SuperGu cult leader James Phelps has served the Open Source CMS Pligg a cease and desist for using the standard orange RSS icon. Claiming he owns both the orange antenna-like icon and the RSS um- letters as well. Mozilla owns this. He also recently filed a copyright for the Pligg CSS code of which he blatantly copied.
